Location, breakfast, beach club. Enjoyable stay. service generally good, although reception staff did fail to organise cab when asked...
Standard double too small, not enough hanging space for clothes and not enough floor space for cases on the floor, had to keep putting cases on and off the bed. This needs to be made clearer when booking.

The location of the hotel cannot be beaten, near to the beach and to the restaurants and bars of the old town as well as being to the centre of Nice and transport links. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent.
Comfort had given way to some extent to interior design in the rooms

This hotel is in an excellent location. We have stayed here at least 6 or 7 times. The breakfast is ok, the scrambled eggs are very liquidy but at least they have some fruit, bread, cereal and different juices to offer. The rooms themselves are ok, some better than others. But you can't beat the location.
I think the breakfast could be better. The first couple of times that we stayed here, the decor of the hotel was better. They had typical Provence items on display which really made you feel that you were in Nice. However, they changed the decor and made it very modern and they use stones and pictures of stones all over the place. I don't think that was very good thinking....I Liked it much better before....I Still stay there because of the location.

The Hotel is extremely well situated being close to the Promenade Anglais, the beach , the old town of Nice and the shops.
The room was small. The lift did not operate properly if more than 3 people were in it. TH ewardrobes were small and one had no hangars and it took me 3 days to get some in spite of asking at reception.

What a just perfect stay, nothing to complain about. Attentive staff, good services, and amazing location so close to the seafront & the old town, restaurants, and the Chagall museum and the Matisse museum. Exceptionally comfortable beds, terrace and a patio in the room. The beach restaurant for lunch: )

Perfect for those who value location
This place has a fantastic location, you can hit bars and restaurants in just a few minutes seriously. The breakfast buffet was alright, had solid options like pastries and fresh fruit to kick off your day.
But let's be honest, not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Location
Allocated poor ROOM-room 118 only suitable for one person but had a double bed. I took 5 guests to this hotel - another room used by two of them had no air conditioning -offered a fan.

Hotel Location is very good. Some staff were helpful
mantenance was poor(air con not working handle fell off bathroom door and toilet roll holder hanging off. wall no action despite faults being reported Breakfast room chaotic because of Trafalgar tour party -most food items missing staff overstressed and unhelpful because of pressure-because of this decided to breakfast elsewhere. Worst stay in France out of seven !

It was excellently situated between beach, old town, shopping. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had a problem.
Room was smaller than anticipated and air con, although working appeared to have a smell, not enough to detract from trip.

charming, charming, charming
I loved lounging by the serene garden area, sipping my morning coffee. The sun terrace offered the perfect spot to bask in the sunshine right after a refreshing dip in the nearby beach. The location couldn't be better, with vibrant shops and dining just a stroll away!
strongly recommend 😊❤️
